We are seeking a dedicated Scrum Project Manager to lead and guide our cross-functional team of software engineers, developers, designers through the successful execution of software projects. As a Scrum Project Manager, you’ll have a crucial part in overseeing project outcomes, organizing software launches, applying version control approaches, and maintaining effective team communication.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager in software development, with a strong emphasis on guiding cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in utilizing Jira for project management and task tracking.
• Experience or knowledge creating and managing Gantt Charts for project scheduling.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams, including software developers and designers, within the Scrum framework.
• Facilitate and oversee Scrum ceremonies to ensure alignment and efficiency within development teams.
• Maintain and update Jira boards and Gantt charts to track project progress and milestones.
• Provide clients with regular updates on project status, challenges, and key developments.
• Participate in Scrum of Scrums meetings to report on team progress and coordinate with other teams.
• Monitor and log time spent on projects.
