Your responsibilities at waterdrop®: As a (Junior) SEA & Display Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing Paid Search, Shopping & YouTube campaigns across multiple markets and channels. You monitor, analyze and optimize campaign performance towards the goal to maximise ROI supported by deep data insights. You provide frequent reports and analysis on the market and campaign performance. You proactively drive ideas & execute A/B testing by defining the best testing framework, sharing and applying the learnings accordingly. You research market and channel trends/insights to identify opportunities for campaign and overall channel growth. You continuously review and streamline operational processes and communication within and across teams. You drive the communication exchange with the external partners (Google, Microsoft & Agencies). Your strengths and qualifications: You have a relevant degree, ideally in marketing or communications. You bring professional experience in a similar position, for example, Online Marketing and/or E-commerce, is an advantage. You have strong analytical skills and high affinity for numbers and data. You have experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision making. You have experience with data analysis/visualisation tools such as Google Analytics, Looker studio & Ads Managers is an advantage. You are passionate for digital marketing and online trends. You have a structured working style with strong project management and prioritisation skills. You enjoy working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
