Job Purpose Join our Cyber Security Team as a Cyber Fraud Analyst to protect our digital platform. You'll play a key role in detecting, investigating, and preventing fraud across digital transactions, ensuring the security of customer data, and supporting the company's fraud risk management efforts. You will also be responsible for tuning fraud detection rules and implementing fraud prevention measures to stay ahead of emerging threats. Key Responsibilities: Fraud Detection & Rule Tuning: Monitor digital activities and adjust fraud detection rules to improve system accuracy, balancing the reduction of false positives with effective fraud detection. Investigate Fraud Incidents: Analyze suspicious activities, identify fraud patterns, and determine the scope of incidents to mitigate risks. Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with IT, security professionals, and relevant operations teams to enhance platform security and implement fraud prevention measures. Data Analysis & Reporting: Perform detailed forensic analysis of fraud cases, generate reports, and provide recommendations for fraud prevention. Ensure Compliance: Maintain compliance with industry regulations and apply fraud prevention best practices. Customer Protection: Collaborate with the customer support team to secure customer accounts and provide security education to users. Qualifications: Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Skills: Knowledge of fraud detection platforms and rule tuning. Basic understanding of how to develop, refine, and optimize fraud detection rules. Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and detect anomalous activities. Familiarity with digital security concepts, encryption, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and other common cybersecurity protocols. Understanding of relevant regulations (e.g., PCI-DSS, ISO 27001) and basic cybersecurity standards.
