Description
Assist in the design and specification of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) for various projects. Collaborate with the design team to develop creative and innovative interior design concepts. Create detailed design presentations and material boards for client review. Develop and maintain FF&E schedules, ensuring timely procurement and delivery. Conduct research to source and propose appropriate FF&E products that meet project requirements. Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers to ensure quality and adherence to design specifications. Monitor installation of FF&E on-site and assist in resolving any issues that arise. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including specifications and contracts. Work closely with architects and other design professionals to ensure cohesive interiors. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in interior design and FF&E. Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field. Junior candidates should have 2-5 years of experience; Senior candidates should have 7+ years of relevant experience. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and specifications related to FF&E. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively. Good English language skills (written and spoken).
