The Service Advisor will be assisting all incoming customers attending their service appointments at Jaguar Land Rover Metro West. You will be responsible for providing high-level quality customer service by ensuring all guests have an enjoyable experience at Jaguar Land Rover Metro West. You will be liaising with the Technicians to ensure that you are keeping customers up to date regarding their service appointments. If you are a team player, have a passion for customer service, an ability to stay organized, and strong time management skills, then this role is for you!

• Work with customers to understand their needs.
• Work with customers to answer questions or concerns.
• Ensure that customer vehicle are adequately cared for and keep the customer updated on the progress of their repairs.
• Complete a follow up to ensure that customers have no additional questions about the repair of their vehicle.
