POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a performance-driven Junior Service Technician for our store located in Quebec Vanier! In this role, you will be responsible for after-sales support, including handling returns and exchanges, assisting customers with computer service inquiries, completing service department administrative tasks, and driving sales of service packages. Your ability to identify customer needs and confidently recommend solutions will be key to your success.
As a Junior Service Technician, you will provide exceptional customer support, troubleshoot basic technical issues, and ensure a seamless service experience. You will work alongside experienced Service Technicians, gaining hands-on experience in computer hardware and software diagnostics, repairs, and assembly.
