Job Description ServiceNow development offers rapid exposure to configuration, workflows, and REST/SOAP integrations, with structured mentoring through our internal academy. This role is aimed at a Junior ServiceNow Developer. 💡 YOUR MISSIONS As a Junior ServiceNow Developer (M/F), you work on the development and configuration of the ServiceNow platform, with structured support to become operational quickly. Contribute to the configuration and development of functionalities: forms, workflows, automations, user portals Implement business rules and application logic within the platform (client & server) Participate in setting up integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems via API Follow ServiceNow development, governance, and security best practices Actively participate in testing phases, deployments, post-go-live support, and continuous improvement activities Draft and maintain documentation associated with developments Specific ServiceNow skills will be acquired through our internal academy (training + certifications). Prior exposure to ServiceNow or ITIL is an asset. Qualifications You hold a Master’s degree from a university or an engineering school. Detail-oriented, autonomous, and possessing strong interpersonal skills, you can adapt to a variety of client environments. You have strong written communication skills and are comfortable interacting with a wide range of stakeholders. You possess strong technical analytical abilities, enabling you to understand and address diverse use cases. You are proficient in JavaScript development, user interface development, and ServiceNow application integration. A good command of English would be an asset.
