About the role As a Junior Settlements Officer, you will be an essential part of our team, helping to guarantee precise, timely, and secure daily financial settlements. Under the mentorship of seasoned professionals, you'll engage in key activities like reconciliation, payment processing, record-keeping, and providing customer support — all while upholding our commitment to accuracy, compliance, and professionalism. Responsibilities Perform daily settlement tasks under the supervision of senior staff members. Conduct reconciliation of bank accounts to transaction accounts, reporting any discrepancies to supervisors for resolution. Assist in bookkeeping activities using Xero accounting software, maintaining organized and accurate financial records. Support the processing of withdrawal payments with third-party Payment Service Providers (PSPs), following established procedures and security measures. Respond to customer cases promptly and professionally, escalating complex issues to supervisors as necessary. Foster positive relationships with external service providers, facilitating effective communication and problem-solving. Assist in preparing transaction remittances for the night shift, ensuring completeness and accuracy. Contribute to daily settlement procedures and data entry into the ledger system. Well organised with high accuracy levels, attention to detail Skilful with MS Office (especially Excel) High proficiency in both English and Mandarin Work well in a team and be able to work autonomously and take ownership of tasks Excellent communication skills and strong organizational and time management skills Familiar with MT4/MT5 Trading system is a plus Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.
