Company Description Established in 1989, ABEC was restructured in 2020 to deliver innovative buildings efficiently and provide fully integrated construction service. The company had a wide history of construction projects in various industries in the past, which now decided to take a different route focusing on specific types of buildings. Job Description Assist in setting up and maintaining project accounts and records. Support invoice processing, expense tracking, and account reconciliations. Help prepare project billings and profitability reports. Communicate with receivables staff and respond to customer billing inquiries. Monitor project budgets and report on remaining funding. Compile documents for audits and support compliance checks. Track inventory movement and ensure accurate stock records. Assist with receiving, inspecting, and storing materials, including hazardous items. Enter data into accounting and inventory systems as required. Support the Chief Accountant with ad-hoc tasks and site-related reporting. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 1–2 years of relevant accounting or site-based experience. Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. Proficient in Microsoft Excel Good attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work on-site and adapt to a project-based environment.
