Roles and Responsibilities:

• This is a junior role where on the job training will be provided along with industry lead training program’s with the CIF
• Day-to-day management of the site.
• Assisting Project Manager in programming of subcontractors.
• Monitor construction with regard to compliance with building regulations, quality of workmanship and materials.
• Provide timely and accurate information to Projects director.
• Responsible for all aspects of Health and Safety following company policy
• Assist with day to day site management.
• Opening and closing of sites and .

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English.
• Willingness to learn and engage with site teams.
• Full Clean Driving License

Salary: From €25,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

• Bonus pay
