Performance Marketing | SMS Marketing | Campaign Analytics We’re hiring a Junior SMS Performance Analyst to help monitor and improve campaign performance across our SMS marketing channels (with some email). Our team operates high-volume messaging campaigns where small performance insights can create massive revenue impact. This role focuses on identifying performance issues early and helping the team optimize campaigns. What You'll Own • Monitor SMS campaign performance across accounts • Identify campaigns that are down vs prior day/week/month • Flag issues like low CTR, underperforming offers, message fatigue, or lower ROI • Ensure accounts are running highest CPC / highest performing offers • Report source IDs that may be lowering overall performance • Share ideas for message improvements, offer rotations, and routing improvements Who You Are • Analytical and curious • Comfortable working with campaign data • Interested in marketing, performance data, or analytics • Familiar with A/B testing (school, work, or side projects) • Bonus: affiliate marketing, encommerce, or side hustles What Success Looks Like • Faster identification of underperforming campaigns • Improved campaign routing and offer selection • Better performance visibility across SMS accounts • New ideas for messages and campaign improvements Why Join Us • Hands-on experience in SMS performance marketing • Access to real campaign data and revenue impact • Fast-moving team environment • Opportunity to grow into senior analytics roles
