ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re seeking a Junior SMT Technician to support the electronics manufacturing of our revolutionary robotic systems. This is an exciting opportunity to apply hands-on PCB assembly expertise to cutting-edge robotics technology. We’re looking for detail-oriented technicians ready to partner closely with our production manager and the broader engineering team to improve operational efficiency and product manufacturability. This role is on-site at our manufacturing facility in Glen Cove, NY. This is a first shift position (Monday-Friday, daytime hours).

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

  • Perform stencil printing, pick-and-place, hand placement, reflow, AOI, PCB testing, and hand soldering operations
  • Maintain SMT machinery and equipment
  • Report quality and process issues to Supervisor
  • Perform quality inspections and testing
  • Maintain safe working environment following company and industry standards
