Description:
POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Social Media Campaign Coordinator to join our marketing team. This role will support the development, execution, and analysis of social media campaigns across various platforms, helping to drive brand awareness and engagement.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing or a related field.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking with a passion for social media trends.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and a team player.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with paid social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Familiarity with SEO best practices.
- Experience with video editing tools for social media content (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and scheduling social media content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging visuals, copy, and campaigns tailored to target audiences.
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to suggest relevant content ideas.
- Track and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Respond to social media inquiries and engage with the community in a timely and professional manner.
- Support the execution of influencer marketing, contests, giveaways, and other engagement tactics.
- Help maintain the social media content calendar to ensure timely content distribution.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and campaign planning discussions.
- Stay up to date with new social media features, tools, and trends to ensure the company’s social media strategy remains innovative.
