JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS

Help manage and grow multiple brands online with strategy, organisation, and creativity !
Location: Primarily remote (must meet senior management online or face-to-face twice a week for updates/strategy discussions)
Commitment: 3 days per week

• Manage 5–10 social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content using social media management tools (e.g. Later, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite)
• Maintain a content calendar and keep management informed of progress via appropriate channels and apps
• Optimise content for SEO to improve reach, engagement, and search rankings
• Track analytics and prepare concise performance reports (followers, engagement, reach)
• Engage with audiences: manage comments, DMs, and community interactions
• Take photos from time to time as needed
• Liaise with junior staff to collect raw photos/videos and edit these for social media (Canva, CapCut, or similar)
• Update or refresh website content (WordPress) as required
• Keep up with social media trends, competitor activity, and propose fresh ideas
• Support ad hoc projects such as campaign pushes, event coverage, or brand collaborations
