CONFIDENT ON CAMERA? OBSESSED WITH REELS AND TIKTOKS?

We’re looking for a junior creative who’s ready to bring ideas to life, capture real stories, and start building a career in social media and marketing.
This role is casual, 2–3 days per week (16–20 hours, no weekends), with flexible hours to suit your schedule. You’ll start casual with the opportunity to move to permanent after probation. We’re ready to hire now, so if this sounds like you, don’t wait.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Someone confident on camera and behind the lens
• Currently studying, recently finished high school, or self-taught and looking for real-world experience
• A portfolio or examples of past content (TikToks, Reels, graphics – nothing too formal)
• Solid knowledge of social media trends, platforms, and tools
• Organised enough to hit deadlines and honest enough to speak up if you need help
• Bonus skills: Google & Meta Ads, blogs, SEO, Monday.com CRM

• Creating engaging short-form video content, confident on camera and capturing real stories at events and in the office
• Designing fun, eye-catching posts in Canva (bonus if you know Adobe, or want to learn)
• Writing captions and copy that are inclusive and connect with our diverse community
• Scheduling and managing posts across Meta Business Suite and other platforms
• Tracking what works (and what doesn’t) using analytics
• Helping out at events and programs, from content capture to promotion
