About G-Tech
At G-Tech, we create innovative, high-performance products that make everyday life easier. From power tools to home solutions, our brand is built on performance, reliability, and forward-thinking design. Social media plays a vital role in how we connect with our customers and grow our community – and that’s where you come in.
The Role
We’re looking for a creative and driven Junior Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of G-Tech’s social channels, shaping content that engages our audience and showcases our products in fresh, dynamic ways.
Working closely with the Head of Marketing and the wider team, you’ll plan, create, and manage content across multiple platforms, helping to grow our online presence and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day activity across G-Tech’s social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Plan and schedule engaging content that aligns with product launches, campaigns, and brand goals.
  • Create content (copywriting, visuals, short-form video) with support from design and influencer teams.
  • Monitor community engagement: respond to comments, DMs, and foster positive conversations.
  • Track performance and report on key social metrics (reach, engagement, conversions).
  • Support paid social campaigns by coordinating creatives and helping to optimise performance.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, competitor activity, and platform updates, feeding new ideas into the team.
  • Collaborate with influencers and partners to amplify reach and engagement.

Skills & Experience

  • Passion for social media, content creation, and digital storytelling.
  • Strong understanding of major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with a creative flair.
  • Comfortable creating basic visual and video content (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools).
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Analytical mindset – able to interpret metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Previous experience in a marketing, digital, or social media role (internship/entry-level role) desirable but not essential.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary of £22,000 – £25,000, depending on experience.
  • Hybrid working (2–3 days in the Worcester office).
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
  • Employee discount on G-Tech products.
  • Ongoing training and career development opportunities.
  • A supportive, collaborative team environment where your creativity will make a real impact.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
