JOB DESCRIPTION

This is a full-time position open for immediate hire. As a Junior Software Developer, you’ll work on real-world projects both individually and in a team, contributing to features, debugging, and experimenting with AI-assisted solutions. This role is ideal if you enjoy brainstorming, prototyping, and building with AI, while learning how to refine and optimize those solutions into production-ready systems. Description of some of your daily responsibilities:

• Use AI coding tools to help generate, test, and refine code for new features and applications
• Collaborate with teammates in problem-solving and brainstorming sessions (your vibe and creativity matter here!)
• Assist in maintaining and improving existing systems by blending traditional coding with AI-driven enhancements
• Document your work clearly so others can follow your AI+human workflow
• Stay curious – experiment with new frameworks, languages, and AI-powered development techniques
• Work well both individually after instruction has been given and in team environments to complete projects well and on-time

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have professional email/written and oral communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Must be detail-oriented and have strong analytical skills
• Ability to receive feedback and take action when appropriate
• Strong enthusiasm and commitment
• Must be reliable and commit to a consistent schedule
• Familiarity with at least one programming language (e.g., Python) a plus
• Interest in “vibe coding” - using AI to generate functional code and exploring creative problem-solving
• High school graduate or equivalent
• 40 hours a week minimum is required
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
