DESCRIPTION:

C4i Training & Technology is looking for a Junior Software Developer for its portfolio of products. The candidate will be participating in all phases of the software development cycle, including concept, technical specification, design, prototype, code development, testing, and release. It is expected that the candidate will be able to work under minimal supervision. To be successful at this role, the candidate must be a self-starter capable of managing multiple responsibilities. The candidate must also be able to obtain security clearance. Only residents of Canada will be considered.

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:

Must not have any restrictions that would prevent the granting of a Reliability security clearance (https://www.tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca/esc-src/personnel/information-eng.html#a2.2.1).

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Computer Science with 0 to 3 years of experience, or technical diploma with 2 to 5 years of experience.
• Experience with C# and .NET Framework
• Experience with source control
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Experience with technical writing
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work with minimal supervision
