Job Introduction
Jewellery Quarter Bullion are seeking a Junior Software Developer to bolster our well-established development team as we continue to improve our systems and expand our reach internationally.
You will report to the Software Development Manager and work closely with other team members to develop, review, and maintain functionality across our various bespoke websites and APIs. This role will provide you with the opportunity to learn new skills, hone your existing ones, and will open the gates to an interesting and rewarding career.
Please note this is a remote-first role but you are required to live and work within the UK. This role does not qualify for visa sponsorship, all applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK.

PACKAGE DESCRIPTION

  • Base salary £35,000.
  • Employee bonus scheme up to 10% of your base salary.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Skills in coding a server-side programming language, and a desire to learn Python.
  • Skills in coding HTML and CSS (we use Sass).
  • Examples of your work (links to websites, code repositories, etc …).
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
