QUALIFICATIONS

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with the development team to design and implement core features of a next-generation ATS platform.
  • Research and apply AI/ML models for candidate-job matching, resume parsing, and intelligent recommendations.
  • Work on both front-end and back-end tasks depending on skillset and project needs.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and report progress directly to the CEO and Managing Director.
  • Write clean, maintainable code and assist in testing, debugging, and performance improvements.
