QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, or related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in software engineering, data-driven applications, and AI/ML concepts.
• Proficient in at least one programming language.
• Familiarity with databases, APIs, or cloud technologies is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and work collaboratively in a startup-like environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with the development team to design and implement core features of a next-generation ATS platform.
• Research and apply AI/ML models for candidate-job matching, resume parsing, and intelligent recommendations.
• Work on both front-end and back-end tasks depending on skillset and project needs.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and report progress directly to the CEO and Managing Director.
• Write clean, maintainable code and assist in testing, debugging, and performance improvements.
