Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or other IT-related field.
• 1-2 years of professional experience in Software Development, including proficiency in writing clean and efficient code.
• Working proficiency in either Python, C# or .NET.
• Working proficiency in TypeScript, Java, SQL, INTERCAL, or other related languages is a bonus.
• Experience in GIS is a bonus.
• Experience in the Mining industry is a bonus.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work within a fast-paced, consulting environment.
• Ability to motivate and deliver results

Additional Experience:

• Experience with web development frameworks such as ASP.NET, Django, or Flask.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization (e.g., Docker) is a plus.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, debug and optimise software applications.
• Assist in the development of unit tests to ensure software quality.
• Continuously learn and stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Contribute to documentation and technical specifications for projects.
• Assist with the maintenance and enhancement of existing software applications.
