Key Responsibilities You will be #LI-hybrid based in Hyderabad and reporting to our Engineering Manager Develop high-quality software in an agile team, ensuring delivery aligned with business requirements and agile principles. An enthusiastic learner, happy to work with both traditional software language development, AI, and in house tooling and products. You will translate business requirements into clean, scalable, low-defect code. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and release software. Contribute to development practices that support continuous integration, delivery, and improvement. Integrate DevSecOps practices into the development lifecycle, using static code analysis and security scanning tools. Maintain clear documentation for code, processes, and system architecture to support knowledge sharing and maintainability. Required Technical Skills & Knowledge Proficient in JAVA, with exposure to .NET 6+ / .NET Core / .NET Framework Experience in writing unit and integration tests. Familiar with AWS and cloud technologies Desirable & Useful Skills Working knowledge of GenAI tools for coding. Familiarity with Python/Scala, Spark, or other big data frameworks. Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban). AWS or other public cloud certifications Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Event-Driven Architecture (EDA). Familiarity with event streaming/messaging tools (Kafka, EventBridge, Kinesis, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ). Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK. CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins). Exposure to static code analysis and vulnerability management. Qualifications Qualifications 1–4 years of hands-on experience in software development Degree in B.Sc.
