We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Software Engineer to join our team in Berlin/Potsdam that’s focused on shaping and delivering the future of GenAI capabilities across our SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). As part of our dynamic team, your innovative thinking, automation seeking, collaborative attitude, and eagerness to take on challenges will contribute directly to the user experience and adoption of our services.
Join our international multi-disciplinary AI team in Berlin/Potsdam, where you will be working closely with Architects, Data Engineers, UX designers and other experts. You’ll be immersed in an environment that fosters innovation, with plentiful opportunities for personal growth and continuous learning.

The Role:

  • Developing software (backend/frontend, prototypes as well as products) in collaboration with diverse teams, and applying recent AI concepts in practice.
  • Embracing a culture of automation by developing innovative solutions for responsible and scalable AI-based Cloud services.
  • Implementing clean and scalable code.
  • Adopting a problem-solving attitude to overcome challenges.
  • Being open and ready to learn new technologies and software development practices as they evolve, especially in the field of generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI-augmented development and tools.
  • Actively shaping the direction of projects and influencing key design decisions.
