To embark on this adventure, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Be aged 18 or over by August 31st, 2025.
  • Predicted or achieved 104 UCAS points (A Levels Grade C or above or BTEC’s/T levels with merit or distinction) or completed a L3 in a digital-related apprenticeship. You can use this tool to calculate your tariff points: LINK
  • Hold a Grade C or Grade 4 or above in GCSE English and Maths or equivalent. Important: holding these qualifications is a pre-requisite for applying.
  • Be able to provide an ENIC statement of comparability in a timely manner for qualifications obtained outside the UK. This will facilitate a quicker application process when successful.
  • Must not hold a qualification at the same or higher level in a similar subject as the apprenticeship (e.g., a university degree or equivalent experience or above in software engineering, cyber, data, business management, or similar).
  • Eligibility to work full-time in England for a minimum of 37.5 hours per week is required. Given the permanent nature of this position, applicants must possess a visa that allows for unrestricted full-time employment. Proof of a valid visa or eligibility to work until the end-point assessment (EPA) in 2029 must be provided.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ residency in the UK or EEA is necessary.
  • Must reside in England and be able to commute to our Manchester office on a hybrid schedule (no relocation will be provided)
