Who are you going to do this with (your team)
Forget dusty development departments; you are stepping into a collective of 30 passionate engineers, architects, and strategists. No hierarchical silos or cumbersome processes, but a flat organization where your voice counts immediately. This is a place where we don't just talk about modern software architecture, but where we bring complex e-commerce solutions, portals, and smart configurators to life every day.
We regularly work together in the office so we can switch gears quickly, brainstorm, and empower each other. Here, you build not only impactful solutions but also an inspiring, open, and friendly work environment where we continue to push the standard for development together. 🚀
A number of examples from practice:
- GrandVision: We built one central, scalable commerce platform that manages all labels worldwide. A monumental task in terms of architecture and integrations.
- Keune: For this style icon, we built a robust B2B commerce platform based on VTEX, seamlessly merging technology and design.
- AIC Visser Assen: Here we flexed our muscles with a scalable B2B/B2C platform based on Commercetools.
- Van Ommen & Nieuwkoop Europe: We proved that B2B doesn't have to be boring by developing platforms with the flashy UX of a high-end B2C webshop. Webshops that literally make your mouth water.
Whether we are working with headless architectures, complex configurators, or global rollouts, you get the chance to make your mark on projects that really matter.

How we work
Our CBAM values form the basis of how we work:
- Camaraderie – We are more than just colleagues. Together, we are building a pleasant and open work environment where we support, challenge, and inspire each other. Together, we celebrate successes and are there for one another, both professionally and personally.
- Boldness – We dare to experiment with the latest technologies, but also to challenge clients and think along with them. We do not blindly do what is asked, but deliver real value by critically examining what can be improved and what truly makes an impact.
- Autonomy – We take ownership and are given the freedom to shape our work ourselves. No micromanagement, but trust in your expertise. You determine how to achieve the best results and are given the space to grow in that area.
- Mastery – Growth never stops. We inspire each other to continuously improve, not only through knowledge sessions, hackathons, and deep dives, but also with a personal growth path that aligns with your ambitions. We challenge each other to learn, experiment, and deepen our knowledge.
