We are looking for support for our Digital-Team as soon as possible in the fields of UX/UI design and Junior Project Engineering (m/w/d) in Berlin.
We are a software development team located in Berlin that is part of the traditional and renownws construction company PohlCon GmbH. We search for a new team member who can help us in the areas of UX/UI design (50 %) and Project Engineering (50%). We build web applications for products used on construction sites.

YOUR SKILLS - MUST HAVE:

• Professional experience in Figma (wireframing, design, prototyping and design systems)
• Knowledge in working with agile work processes
• English level C1 in writing and speaking
• German level C1 in writing and speaking
• Fundamental understanding of technical products

YOUR SKILLS - YOU ARE OUR HERO:

• Technical background in Architecture, Civil engineering or a comparable field
• Experience with construction software like Revit, Inventor or others
• Knowledge about HTML, CSS, JavaSrcript
• Experience in project management, ideally in software development

• You work with people. Besides your tasks in the field of digital product design you will be contributing to our business analysis’s process. For that you will work with product owners to create project specifications. In exchange with specialists from the construction site, you will analyze the needs of upcoming projects and transfer them into project goals.
• Furthermore in later steps of the project, you help with the definition of the steps needed to achieve the previously defined goals, i.e. by defining software features and the Software design.
• You will also support the maintenance of our design system.
