TITLE: Junior Software Engineer (Professional Services)

To keep up with their growth, they’re looking for passionate software engineers to join their Professional Services team.
Professional Services helps customers get up to speed with the platform. They work together with the development teams of their customers and help the realize proof of concept projects, like AI use cases. They coach them and drive adoption of the platform within their customers’ engineering organization.

The daily work within the professional services team includes:

• Aligning custom requirements with customers needs
• Building fast proof of concepts to showcase cutting edge technologies
• Build custom, scalable applications with our customers
• Draft technical novelties with the team
• Coach customers on how to integrate the platform into their daily work

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• Good knowledge of CS fundamentals
• Good problem solving skills
• Some experience in web development (professional or non-professional)

• With the help of a lead engineer you own features end to end, which includes

planning/technical design, implementation, testing and maintenance.

• You will be working on customer projects. This includes features like AI chatbots, AI

document comparisons, AI voice recognition.
