Primary Responsibilities Solution Support & Development: Assist in the development and implementation of IT solutions for clients, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure. Support senior engineers in designing and documenting solution specifications that align with client needs and ATB standards. Client Collaboration: Participate in client meetings alongside senior team members to understand business requirements and technical needs. Learn to translate client requirements into technical tasks and contribute to solution delivery under guidance. Stay current with emerging technologies and ATB best practices to support scalable and reliable client solutions. Documentation & Standards: Maintain accurate project documentation, including configurations, diagrams, and procedures. Follow established documentation standards to support team collaboration and long-term client support. Requirements 2–4 years of hands-on experience in IT support, systems administration, or a junior engineering role. Foundational knowledge of networking concepts, Microsoft Windows Server, and Microsoft 365 environments. Exposure to Cisco Meraki and/or Ubiquiti networking environments is a plus. Basic exposure to Azure or other cloud platforms, with a strong desire to grow cloud skills. Understanding of core IT concepts such as Active Directory, identity and access management, and virtualization.
