Grace & Savour, number 4 restaurant in the UK according to Square Meal, winner of 4 AA rosette, “exceptional” rating from the Good Food Guide and awarded a Michelin star less than a year after opening is on the search for a passionate driven chef de rang to join the team.
Grace & savour tells the story of our land and seas over an immersive multi-course menu experience, in a 32-seat restaurant, set within a working kitchen garden.
We have shortened our supply chain by sourcing direct and taken time with our growers to tell an authentic story of sustainability. We want to reconnect our guests with the land and sea through wonderful produce from growers across the British Isle that care deeply for their land and the seas.

HAVE EXPERIENCE AS A JUNIOR SOMMELIER/SOMMELIER IN A SIMILAR ENVIRONMENT.

Have a passion for fine food and wine and be curious to learn more
A team player with a strong work ethic and good communication skills
Energetic positive and punctual with an excellent eye for detail
WSET accreditation would be advantageous although funding for further training and development is abundant for the right people.
