THE JUNIOR SOMMELIER ROLE:

The Junior Sommelier will be part of the Gallery Sommelier team officiating during afternoon tea at lunch time and a la carte dinner (3 rosettes).
Our Director of Wine, Frederic Brugues (Best UK wine list on 2 occasions and awarded the top 100 Sommelier Legend Award) has crafted an extensive wine list, with allocations wines and other rare items which are frequently opened, allowing the sommelier team to enhance their knowledge.
