Job Description
Are you ready to kick-start or advance your career in IT procurement? Do you have a passion for technology, strong analytical skills, and the drive to negotiate contracts with leading IT suppliers? If so, the Junior Sourcing Manager IT role at Lely is perfect for you.
As a Junior Sourcing Manager IT, you will join an experienced team working closely with Operational Procurement, IT stakeholders, and external suppliers. Reporting to the Lead Strategic Procurement IT, you will support the execution of sourcing strategies within the IT domain.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, business administration, supply chain, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in procurement, IT, or a similar role (internship or traineeship also considered)
• Basic knowledge of software and licensing contracts is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive work attitude
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Dutch is a plus
• Enthusiasm to learn and grow in a dynamic procurement environment

• Assist in negotiating contracts with strategic IT suppliers such as Microsoft
• Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and achieve cost savings
• Contribute to the development and implementation of sourcing strategies aligned with Lely’s technology roadmap
• Collaborate with IT teams to identify solutions that support Lely’s digital transformation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers
• Participate in projects aimed at optimizing procurement processes
