Position Summary As a Junior Sous Chef, you will support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, helping to deliver high-quality dishes and consistent service. This role is ideal for an experienced Chef de Partie ready to take the next step, with a strong focus on leadership, organization, and maintaining exceptional food and hygiene standards in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
