Job Title: Junior Sous Chef
Location: Otley, West Yorkshire
Salary: £32,000 per annum + tips (£3,000–£4,000 approx. per year)
Hours: 45 hours per week across 5 days (no split shifts)
Holidays: 28 days per year

We’re looking for a passionate and driven Junior Sous Chef to join our small but talented brigade (Head Chef, Sous, Junior Sous, CDP, and Commis).
