Working closely with the senior kitchen team, the Junior Sous Chef will support the day-to-day management of the operation while helping to maintain high standards in food quality, presentation, and service. What we’re looking for: Previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie within a high-quality restaurant or pub A strong understanding of food trends and the seasonality of produce A creative, detail-focused approach to your work Proven ability to support, train, and motivate a kitchen team A solid working knowledge of health & safety, food hygiene, and compliance procedures If you’re passionate about great food and ready to progress your career within an ambitious, quality-driven pub group, we’d love to hear from you.
