REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in within a kitchen environment at a CDP level or above is essential.
  • Strong culinary skills with extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques.
  • Proven experience in a kitchen operations.
  • Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team management.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations and managing staff.
  • Supervise food preparation and cooking processes to ensure high-quality dishes are served.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor food stock levels and assist with ordering as needed.
  • Ensure food safety protocols are followed to ensure the highest standards of hygiene.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu ideas.
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared according to recipes and presentation standards.
