SENIOR CHEF DE PARTIE / JUNIOR SOUS CHEF

Salary: Up to £14.50 per hour + Tips
Hours: Full-time, around 37.5 hrs/week – Daytime shifts (8:30/9am – 4:30/5pm)
Holidays: 28 days annual leave

We’re looking for a passionate and talented Senior CDP or Junior Sous Chef to join our friendly but professional team in our award-winning restaurant. This isn’t your typical garden centre café — we’re a thriving fresh-food kitchen with a real love for flavour, creativity, and quality.

You’ll work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef, helping to run the kitchen to the highest standards. From preparing fresh, seasonal dishes to assisting with stock control, ordering, and kitchen organisation, you’ll be a key player in our continued success.
We also host occasional special events such as canape evenings and tasting menus — giving you the chance to flex your creative skills.
