With proven experience in a five-star or luxury hotel setting, you are confident supervising day-to-day kitchen operations while maintaining exceptional service and presentation standards. You are a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, with experience coaching, developing, and motivating teams to perform at their best. Highly organised and adaptable, you manage workflows, rostering, and service delivery effectively to meet both business objectives and elevated guest expectations. Flexible and dependable, you are comfortable working a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays, embracing the dynamic nature of luxury hospitality.
