Working closely with the Director of Culinary and Senior Chefs, you will assist in production preparation, and stock control, ensuring operational readiness for each function. As a leader of Ambassadors, you will set the tone in the kitchen, fostering a culture of professionalism, collaboration, and continuous development. By supporting performance growth, monitoring productivity, and mentoring team members, you will inspire excellence at every level. Partnering with our Food & Beverage leaders and Conference and Events teams, you will help deliver flawless event experiences while driving operational success. You are a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, with experience coaching, developing, and motivating teams to perform at their best.
