As a leader of Ambassadors, you will set the tone in the kitchen, fostering a culture of professionalism, collaboration, and continuous development. Qualifications About You You hold a qualification in Commercial Cookery and bring a genuine passion for gastronomy, paired with a strong understanding of food safety standards and HACCP. With proven experience in a five-star or luxury hotel setting, you are confident supervising day-to-day kitchen operations while maintaining exceptional service and presentation standards. You lead by example during service, make sound decisions under pressure, and consistently uphold brand standards, SOPs, and compliance requirements with meticulous attention to detail. You are a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, with experience coaching, developing, and motivating teams to perform at their best. Highly organised and adaptable, you manage workflows, rostering, and service delivery effectively to meet both business objectives and elevated guest expectations. Flexible and dependable, you are comfortable working a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays, embracing the dynamic nature of luxury hospitality.
