Working closely with the Director of Culinary and Senior Chefs, you will assist in production preparation, and stock control, ensuring operational readiness for each function. You will confidently lead shifts, execute dishes to specification, and maintain exceptional culinary standards in high-volume, fast-paced environments. As a leader of Ambassadors, you will set the tone in the kitchen, fostering a culture of professionalism, collaboration, and continuous development. By supporting performance growth, monitoring productivity, and mentoring team members, you will inspire excellence at every level. Partnering with our Food & Beverage leaders and Conference and Events teams, you will help deliver flawless event experiences while driving operational success. With proven experience in a five-star or luxury hotel setting, you are confident supervising day-to-day kitchen operations while maintaining exceptional service and presentation standards. You are a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, with experience coaching, developing, and motivating teams to perform at their best.
