Find out more about us at www.benugo.com Job Description We offer: Pay: £15 per hour Shifts: Mainly daytime, 5 days out of 7 (including weekends) Contract: Full Time, Permanent About the Junior Sous Chef role: Reporting directly to the Head Chef and Sous Chef and deputising in their absence Working with the Head Chef, Sous Chef and Group Executive Chef to ensure the kitchen operation remains consistent, support the development new menu ideas and ways to improve our offerings Ensuring the food quality is always at its highest standard Ensure the performance of the kitchen team is of the highest standard by motivating and leading by example Overseeing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control in conjunction with the Head Chef and Sous Chef Ensure all food safety and health and safety procedures are maintained to the highest standard Qualifications The ideal candidate will have: Experience with making pizza Experience within a high-volume kitchen Strong communication and leadership skills Multi-site experience An eye for detail, and the ability to produce food to a high standard The ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively Excellent organisational and time management skills A thorough understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations Additional Information Benugo has built a culture of inclusivity & progression for all employees.
