THE ROLE

As Junior Sous Chef, you’ll work alongside a skilled brigade, supporting the Senior Sous and Executive Head Chef in delivering high-quality cuisine for the restaurant, bar, events, and private dining. You’ll bring creativity to the table, contribute to menu development, and act as a mentor and leader to junior team members during busy services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with day-to-day kitchen operations, maintaining high culinary standards
• Support and lead the team during service, ensuring smooth and efficient execution
• Help design seasonal menus using the finest local ingredients
• Foster a positive team environment with strong communication and leadership
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and health standards at all times
