JUNIOR SOUS CHEF – GASTRO PUB | CHESHIRE | UP TO £36K

Book A Chef are recruiting on behalf of their esteemed client in Cheshire, a beautifully restored countryside gastro pub, known for its loyal following, and focus on hearty, seasonal dishes.
We’re on the hunt for a talented Junior Sous Chef who’s ready to take the next step in their career. If you’re someone who thrives in a busy kitchen, loves working with fresh ingredients, and enjoys being part of a tight-knit team, this could be just the role you’ve been waiting for.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar kitchen role
  • Previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie ready to step up
  • Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
  • Allergens awareness training/certification
  • Able to commit to weekend and evening shifts

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience working with fresh, seasonal menus
  • Interest in menu development and creative input
