Casimir French Bistro is a vibrant neighborhood restaurant bringing the charm and flavors of Paris to Boca Raton. We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join our passionate culinary team.
About the Role
As Junior Sous Chef, you’ll work closely with our Chef to ensure excellence in every dish. You’ll lead by example, support kitchen staff, and bring creativity to our authentic French menu. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated chef ready to take the next step in their career.
Responsibilities
· Support the Chef in daily operations and service.
· Oversee kitchen staff and ensure high culinary standards.
· Run and manage specific stations during service.
· Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation of dishes.
· Ensure proper hygiene, safety, and food handling at all times.
Qualifications
· 2+ years professional kitchen experience (French or fine dining a plus).
· Strong cooking skills and ability to manage multiple stations.
· Leadership qualities and a team-player mindset.
· Passion for French cuisine and dedication to excellence.
