Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Junior Sous Chef/CDP to join our team.
Applicants need to have a genuine interest in food in general, and a desire to deliver high quality to the customers.
Main duties involve general day to day assisting the efficient operation of the kitchen, and all other duties associated with this job. There is the strong possibility of promotion within the team for the right person.
The Saracens Head Inn is a busy place for most of the year, although there are quieter times. We have held One AA Rosette for quite a while now and strive to maintain our offering of freshly cooked food using great quality ingredients to locals, tourists and residents alike.
Usual 28 days paid holiday, etc.
45 hours over five days, our busiest times are weekends.
Own transport needed due to our location.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £30,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
