About this opportunity:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Junior Sous Chef to join our world-class culinary brigade who thrive on a positive team culture and innovation. Our Junior Sous Chef, in conjunction with the Executive Sous Chef and Chef de Cuisine, supervises and manages all aspects of the preparation of food catering, while keeping with our standards of food quality and ISO 22000 food safety compliance.
