JUNIOR SOUS CHEF / EXPERIENCED CHEF DE PARTIE – FINE DINING
Location: Ilkley, West Yorkshire
Salary: £35,000 per annum + £5,000–£7,000 tips via tronc
Our client, a renowned fine dining restaurant with a prestigious history, is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to strengthen their kitchen team. While the ideal candidate will already be operating at Junior Sous level, highly skilled Chef de Parties from high-end, fine dining backgrounds will also be considered.
You will join a talented brigade under the leadership of a new Head Chef (appointed January 2024) with a clear mission: regaining the restaurant’s Michelin star status. The venue is celebrated for its exceptional culinary heritage — having launched the career of Marco Pierre White and previously earning the distinction of being the first 2 Michelin Star restaurant outside London.
