We are on the hunt for an experienced full-time Junior Sous Chef keen to grow, lead and create alongside our Senior Kitchen Team.
The perfect position for an experienced chef who would like to be part of our close knit team and support our Head Chef.
We are a busy bistro, restaurant and award winning function venue that currently operates 6-days a week TUES - SUN (lunch and dinner).
Functions range from Weddings to corporate and everything in between. Canape style events and set menus (served a la carte) for up to 130pax + lunch and dinner service in the bistro.
The position is full-time with approx. 40 hours per week. The roster is rotating around the events and day-to-day bookings but is fair and reasonable. The week is made up of 2 double shifts and 3 half shifts.
