JOB SUMMARY

Gillingham Football Club is looking for a talented Junior Sous Chef to join our catering team. Directly supporting the Head Chef, this position will play a key role in fueling our players and staff with healthy, nutritious meals, while supporting our hospitality and events. REQUIREMENTS

Experience in high-volume catering or hospitality.
Confident in cooking healthy meals and large-scale banquets.
Strong food safety knowledge.
Quick, organised, and hands-on team player who is a good communicator.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Able to work weekends and evenings, as required.

Pay: £32,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
