    We’re looking for a positive and engaging Junior Sous Chef to join this high-end Wellness Spa and Club in the in the Cotswold Area. The right Junior Sous Chef candidate will have experience working in Restaurant or Gastro pub, with a big emphasis on fresh food kitchen whilst maintaining the highest standard.
    As Junior Sous Chef, you will work closely with the team to innovate, and carry the brand forward.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Culinary experience in food preparation and cooking
  • Strong knowledge of food safety practices
  • Previous kitchen or restaurant experience
  • Leadership skills with a focus on team management
  • Supervising experience in a culinary environment
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality setting
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: £30,000.00 per year
